I often reflect on the type of student who decides to study acupuncture. Like patients, each applicant comes to ICOM with his or her own special story; yet within that story always sits the seed of wanting to help people, a desire to heal, to nurture and to understand.
It seems to me that the best acupuncture practitioners are not always those who excel academically but simply those who, at a very fundamental level, want to connect with people and to help them. Could that be you?
Our job at ICOM is clear – to provide an outstanding learning environment and curriculum – delivered by experienced acupuncture practitioners and dedicated qualified lecturers – to enable you to succeed on your journey. We have an exciting, fully integrated, curriculum which will engage, amaze, inspire you and indeed challenge you.
Our team are passionate about students’ learning and will do their best to support you through your time with us, and beyond. All acupuncture training colleges have their own flavour and individuality.
We warmly invite you to come and see ours at one our Open Days, visit ICOM acupuncture college and clinic, meet staff and students, observe a patient treatment and take a look around – you’ll get a real feel of how ICOM works. We look forward to meeting you.
